SKILLS TO FLICK THE BALL UP! *Session 4*-Soccer Pro Game Blogger: Okay, so today we're going to be focusing on getting the ball from the floor to the air. Now I've loaded different variations in which ways you can get it from the floor to the air. We're also gonna be talking about how important it is to be able to juggle a good speed. Also a good technique, okay? Because the technique with juggling is massive fear first touching again, obviously, we're in the back garden again. Unfortunately, this is how it has to be for a little while. But soon things will change again, see, I'm going to teach you some skills to get the ball from the floor to the air. Okay, this is roughly the space that you'll need. It's my patio, it's more than you actually need to know, these skills are stuff you would do in training or just a bit free to start to show your friends and vendors, this is not something you're really using. Again, I wouldn't have thought so the first one, we're going to start a very, very easy one, and then eventually we're going to get a lot harder.

Okay, so if you're a beginner, and this is perfect for you. Okay, I'll start on the side, I've actually tied my laces, which if you zoom in, you see right there, it might help you, it might not by phone, that helps me quite a lot. Okay, so the first one you're going to do is you're gonna roll the ball back and lift the ball up in the same leg, okay, you can use a strong foot, whatever you practice on both feet. But this is the first beginner one, so he's dragging the ball back, and flicking it up like that. Okay, shrugging it off, just like that. Okay, so impressed on both feet. That's the first one and the two. We're gonna be dragging from one foot to the other. Okay, I'll start my right foot. And we'll be dragging it to my left clicking just like that, I was a little sloppy. So So again, I'm gonna be dragging it back, lifting it with the other foot. So as I lift the ball off, my whole body comes up as well, you'll see my left leg come off the floor a little bit. The car jumps off, helps me get that lift that I need.

Okay, so the third one, now, we need both our feet this time, and it's going to be a truck, okay, it's not going to be a list, it's a truck. So the ball will be at the front of your feet, just kind of a little bit ahead of where your laces are so roughly around here, as you can see on the camera, and you're going to be squeezing up together like that, to make the ball pop in the air. Okay, I'm gonna do right now. Just like that. So you see it's more of trust than an actual lift. Okay, yeah. Trump as in the three before now, this one is going to be a lift, okay, so if you want to do the rainbow flag or the name Affleck, then we lifted the ball off, just like that. So you can go wherever you want to go back to number three, the pop skill, we just don't. If you don't get the timing, right, with the pop in one foot leads faster than another, you'll end up getting the ball over to one side.

So if I lead with my foot, my right foot first, it would end up going over to the left like that, okay. So the ball needs to be in the center when you're doing it, for both feet have to collide with a ball at the same time. And you get that profit margin. And with number four, just some little pointers, when we're lifting the ball, you want to make sure that you step back as you do the skill, okay, if you don't step up, the ball end up getting trapped in between your knees or go behind, you want to make sure that you step back a little bit so the ball can come off, just like to step back. And I can do whatever I want. So that's number five now, so it's quite similar to the first one we did was gonna be using a different part of your foot, okay, so this time we're gonna be starting on the outside of our body, we're gonna be taking the ball in for the drugs. Okay? So balls on the outside as coming across is lifting with the outside foot, for instance. Okay, again, dragging across, lifted.

So you'll see my foot actually goes underneath the ball as I lift, see how they right underneath as I'm doing it because if I don't, the ball ends up going over there, okay, so I want to put that spin on it. So allow me to get back onto the ball. So I'll try it, that's probably my favorite to do is very, very simple, very easy. And you can, you can go straight into whatever you want. After that, make sure you master all of the first ones we've done before you try this stuff, okay? Because if you're struggling with the first stuff, you might need to work on that first. And then you can go into this. So the skill now we're dragging the ball over and flicking off the side of our foot. That will get slower, more fire, so you guys can see what I'm doing. I'll come on the side while I'm dragging the ball across. My foot is then lifted on an angle just like that. Okay, so as the ball comes off the foot lifting to allow the ball to flicker, just like that. Okay, so elbow time and as well.

Dragon Quest, Europe, okay, so that's a little bit more flair, and it's quite simple to do as well. You guys might find it a little bit hard, but you'll get it eventually. Just keep practicing it. Practices kick. Okay, next skill. Now, hopefully you've got that one. Once you practice it and often you'll get it eventually. Okay, so this time only when using one leg, you're going to need your knee, your shin bought me for your laces, okay. And then this one in a while. So hopefully this one pulls off the first time. Just like that, okay, I was a little bit sloppy, do it again, then I've got a practice myself. So I go and hit it down, we like the shin, or you need, whatever it touches, then go straight into soccer and a little side angle. So the closest you guys can see.

So I'm dragging the ball, it's coming off my laces, and lifting my leg back, machine bouncing down, and stuff like that gets dragged back down with the ship. Okay, um, see, it's not straight from the floor to add a little bounce in between, but that's fine as well, just a way of getting the ball up into the air. We don't know, we're going to go with a rainbow flick or, as I like to call it because it's the start of a rainbow flick. But it's just getting the ball up in the air. I'll start in the back so you guys can see. Well, it's going to be you're going to be spinning it like that. That's to start the ramble. But then you're also going to be using your laces to slam the ball down. So as the ball goes off, Islamic backdown, just like the one we did with the knee. I'll do it this way. So you guys can see the catch in between sort of flips out. Okay, again, a little bit sloppy, I haven't done these in a while. But that's why I'm practicing enough copies for now. So you guys can see I'll get a little slower.

But I'm flicking the ball up like this. And I'm turning my body. So as I flicked the ball down, I'm spinning into the ball like this. So again, I hope you guys can see that it's on a weird angle, I got a sign-off. Just like that. And it's set you on your way, there as many keyboards as you want. For the next few now. So it's kind of similar to I think, skill number five, where you flicking off. And using unique parts, we're going to use both feet. Now it's a little bit harder because it implements balance, as well as getting the time and right we speak the jumps and everything involved, okay, but I'll slow down cigars and coffee me at home. So it's going to be like number two, I think it was when you flick it off like that, we're both feet. But just like number five, we use a shin or a need to bounce the ball down. So this one is going to be robust leaps and bounds down.

Just like that a little bit closer on the camera, zoom in on me just slam down. Okay, my full body comes off the floor, I'll turn around, see my feet, just read the bottoms of my feet, come right off the floor. See I'm in the air as I'm hitting that down. If you want to practice it for separate stuff, just practice this one. If you can do that, then just practice hitting the ball if you shouldn't, so it comes down. practice that. Okay. And again, both just practice doing that, run the ball down, we should know you need to get that bounce back off, okay, the ball should always bounce back towards you. Okay, moving on to the advanced section. Now, we're going to be doing the around the world stripping the left off. So if you guys don't know what around the world is that one right there.

You can also go just like that, I guess, struggle to get that in reserve. And oh, by the way, we're going to do it from floor to air. So I'll come on an angle just so you guys can see a little bit closer, we'll see you've got a good angle. So lifting the ball, just as we would. So we're going to be going all the way on the ball with our legs to get around the world feature. Just like that. So the aim with this one is to start the around the world best with your leg before you've actually lifted the ball. Okay? If you were to the ball up in the air, before you do the around the world, you want me to already be doing that movement via leg as a ball on his ride. And then it gets all the way around. Okay, so moving on to the next one. It's another variation of around the world using both legs this time, okay, might get painful if you keep practicing the same one resting on one leg.

Okay, I'm already feeling in my hip just from making this tutorial. So using both feet now, it's going to be executive using one foot to open lips. This time, you want to practice going over your left foot just like that, okay, but the ball bounced around, just like that around. Does that be just they're gonna be using the skill? So come on an angle again. So you guys can see. So I'm dragging the ball back flicking or whether you like to come around just like that. Okay. There's the skill when it's already been touching it and then you bring it to the leg around just like four more times and open it up, even on it to practice some of the stuff because I've done them in a long time. But it's good to have in your locker. Just a little way to show your friends. Do some bits in training.

You'll see the slow most, but this one right here. You want to make sure that again, your leg is already going around as you're lifting the ball up. Okay, so wait for the ball to be in the air. You won't get it. Make sure this leg is already Ready on its way round before you do the lesson, just like that, otherwise you won't have time to get your foot around. Now again, I'm not a freestyler I don't do this stuff in my spare time.

I'm just a specialist it when I was younger, and I practice it for the first time I went a long time, okay. So these are quite basic. I'm saying they're advanced for the.
